FAQ #9: Can I just take deviantART submissions and use them elsewhere?
Thanks for the fave, Ferni!

Wait a minute, didn't you fave it a long time ago?

Well, I just got an update from someone that actually counted the entries. 4000 entries!! Possibly more.

Right now I can believe just about anything.

I did fave it before, but for the votes to count it had to be between May 29th and June 4, so I removed the fave, and faved it again.

Thank you again then, Ferni.

You do pay attention to details and have potentials.

Thanks for the fav, Ferni!

Whoa! So, you looked at every single one of the entries? :D
How many are there actually?

I'm thinking, it took you app. 6 hours. It might took you 30 seconds for each artwork to look at. After a simple calculation the amount might be somewhere around 720 entries. More if you look at each of them less than 30 seconds. :D

Anyhow, I've been isolating myself during the contest to keep my work original.
I might be able to look at the entries now, though. Heehee.

well, I started clicking on each one, but by the third hour, it was excruciating. I got too tired after that. So instead I looked at the thumbnails, but not just scrolling through them like I usually do. I just tried not to simply click on those that match popular styles, but also really LOOK at the thumbnails enough so that I could sort of evaluate the concept and the execution without having to always read the explanations. I left comments In a lot of them for the first couple of hours, but there is only so much you can go like that without loosing your brain. I really hope that the judges do a better job than me, and for the 29th I hope to be able to do it all over again, only better.

Hehehee, darn.
You might want to take a vacation now. :D

Yeah, the 29th will be crazy again (and you're going to do it again?).

You've a great gallery.

Thanks for the fav.
well yours might not be big yet, but if it goes as it looks it will, you're going for a great gallery too. You're work is beautiful.

Thanks! I'm not very fast when it comes to finishing stuff (some never get done) but I'm hoping the gallery will keep me working. ^^;
Your gallery truly is great. I like how some of it is literature-inspired. (I love Hamlet and Edgar Allen Poe.)
